  Chef Giuseppe at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology . Chef In Residence program - Edmonton , Canada
  The Chef is invited to teach at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.His teaching program highlighted the
  artisan made, SlowFood products from Lucca’s Garfagnana region and other parts of Tuscany. The teaching course finished with a fundraiser event
  to support the student’s exchange program between Alberta and Tuscany, feauturing a six-course gala dinner for 200 people prepared by the Chef
  and his students.
