Deposit: A non refundable deposit of 30% per person is required to reserve a place. If the course date is 60 days or less from the time of request for reservation, full payment is required. No deposit or payment is processed until your participation has been confirmed.

Balance: The balance is due no later than 60 days before the programme begins. If the balance remains unpaid at that time, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled, and retain the deposit paid.

Payment Options: Money orders , Travellers cheques , cash or Money wire . The transition can be made to The Tuscan Cook directly or Your travel agent will provide the payment to us.

Cancellation: Cancellation must be made in writing by the person who has made the booking. Any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt by The Tuscan Cook. Cancellation charges per person will be levied as follow:

More than 60 days: loss of deposit
Less than 59 days: 75% of total cost
Less than 30 days: 100% of total cost.

Deposit is non refundable and cannot be applied to another course date.

The Tuscan Cook reserves the right to cancel packages with less than 2 participants. In the unlikely event of cancellation, participants will be notified 15 days before the first day of the program and will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule to a different course.
